Four Kentucky National Guard Soldiers arrested

Four Kentucky National Guard soldiers were arrested following a sexual assault investigation.

Four Kentucky National Guardsmen have been charged in a sexual assault case in western Kentucky, where police say they were preparing for weekend deployment. The victim was allegedly provided alcohol and then sexually assaulted by the four men. Austin L. Dennis, age 21, of Monfordville, Kentucky, is charged with second-degree sodomy and Jacob F. Ruth, age 22, of Monfordville, Kentucky, is charged with second-degree sodomy. According to the news release, 25-year-old Anthony R. Tubolino of Auburn, Kentucky, is charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, and third-degree engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.

All four were booked into the Calloway County Jail. Tyler Hart, 19, of Bowling Green, Kentucky, is charged with first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sodomy. "First and foremost our goal is to support the victim of this incident".

The Kentucky National Guard assisted Kentucky State Police during the investigation.
