The jury is reportedly deadlocked on all three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault Cosby faces, stemming from his alleged sexual assault of Andrea Constand in 2004. He is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault and faces 15 to 30 years in prison if convicted of the charges.

The jury deliberations have stretched across four days. Another male juror was a teacher who told attorneys he knows some of his students have been assaulted.

Some people tend to confuse Dr. Heathcliff Huxtable, Cosby's character on "The Cosby Show", with the actual actor who played him, she said. At the time, Constand served as the director of operations for Temple University's women's basketball team.

"We can not reach unanimous consensus on any of the counts", said a note that the jury sent to Judge Steven T. O'Neill.

Jury questions posed during Bill Cosby's sex assault trial. Some of the allegation date back to the 1970s.

Jurors were also keenly focused on what Cosby said about the pills he gave to Constand before their encounter, asking for the second time in deliberations to revisit a portion of the deposition in which the comedian talked about giving Constand "three friends".

As the rhythmic drumming continued, Victoria Valentino, a former Playboy bunny from the 1960s who says Cosby assaulted her decades ago, danced to the music on the courthouse steps. The unsealed deposition was central to Cosby's ongoing criminal case.

If the seven-man, five-woman panel ultimately remains unable to reach a verdict, O'Neill will be forced to declare a hung jury, leaving the prosecution with the option of requesting a re-trial. Cosby then placed her on the couch and sexually assaulted her without her consent, she said.

Judge Steven O'Neill asked the jury to return to deliberations in one last attempt to reach a verdict.

The jury said Thursday it's deadlocked on charges that Cosby drugged and violated a woman at his home in 2004.

The jury tells the judge that it "cannot come to a unanimous consensus on any of the counts".

"It went from being a joke to all of this calamity", said a man holding a sign that read "Free Mr. Cosby" who would only give his first name, Garvey. "In my head, I was trying to get my hands to move or my legs to move, but I was frozen", Constand said. But in most of those cases, the statute of limitations had expired by the time the women came forward. He says he gave her an over-over-the-counter cold and allergy medicine to help her relax and that the encounter was consensual.

He added: "While you should not hesitate to re-examine your views and change your opinions do not feel compelled to surrender your honest belief exclusively because of the views of your fellow jurors or for the objective of returning a verdict".

"A quick verdict will not be a good thing for Cosby", says Stuart Slotnick, a NY criminal defense attorney who has been following the case for more than two years.

Wednesday evening, the jury asked for a read-back of excerpts from the testimony of Richard Schaffer, the local police detective who interviewed Cosby in 2005 about the accusations.
