The arrest came shortly before The Intercept published an alleged May 5 intelligence report from the National Security Agency that describes two cyberattacks carried out by Russian government hackers that attempted to infiltrate USA voting systems a week before the 2016 presidential election. The Federal Bureau of Investigation had already apprehended victor by the time The Intercept published the report.

Federal agents who raided the Augusta home of the woman suspected of leaking a classified document to an online news media outfit took electronic devices and Reality Leigh Winner's passport.

The 25-year-old US government contractor has worked since February in Augusta, Georgia, for a federal agency that neither prosecutors nor her defense lawyer will name and where she had access to sensitive documents.

After identifying victor as a suspect, the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant at her Augusta home. However, by June 3, victor had already confessed, according to special agent Garrick, apparently admitting to removing the classified reports and mailing them to The Intercept.

Victor was held at the jail in Lincoln County, Georgia, where she had an 11-minute court appearance.

Reality Winner, the 25-year-old alleged NSA leaker, was arrested on Saturday for reportedly sharing highly confidential data with the press. "There's around six people, and then they narrow it down to this Reality Winner". "She serves her community; she served her country".

Winner's stepfather, Gary Davis, agrees, saying he worries she won't be seen in a positive light.

The FBI says that victor admitted to "intentionally identifying and printing the classified intelligence reporting", with the knowledge that the intelligence reporting was classified.

She added: "I can't ever call her a traitor or even believe that".

An FBI affidavit filed Monday said that victor, working as a contractor for Pluribus International Corporation, was assigned to work at a government agency's facility in Augusta beginning on February 13.

Two weeks after sustaining a concussion, Yankees center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury isn't sure when he will return. The New Jersey native surrendered at least eight hits in each of his last five turns and is 1-3 in that span.

Solari said victor also confessed to her mother during a recorded jailhouse phone call, saying: "Mom, those documents". Victor remained locked up Tuesda.

Victor is now the defendant in the Trump administration's first criminal leak case, reports CBS News correspondent David Begnaud. She joins a handful of contractors accused of abusing their security clearances to leak classified information.

She hopes to be released on bond Thursday.

So, guess how many workers in Winner's division printed out that top-secret document?

Other postings on Instagram and Facebook showed she doted on her cat and a dog, liked to cook vegetarian dishes and taught yoga in her free time.

The Go Fund Me account was launched Monday, the day details of her arrest were announced. She's never been in trouble with anyone or the law or anything.

And in an angry reply to a report that Trump said he wasn't hearing complaints about building the Dakota Access oil pipeline, victor wrote on Facebook: "I'm losing my mind".

Reality Winner, the government contractor accused of leaking a secret NSA report to the media, plans to enter a plea of not guilty, her lawyer Titus Nichols tells NPR. Actually the outlet of the leaked documents was revealed by him to the distinct news sites and use to earn from it.

"The NSA nearly certainly has a record of who used the printer at that time", he wrote. At the request of the government, recent model color printers automatically leave a unique stamp on the documents they produce.
