Radar Online first published documents on Wednesday that showed the "Confessions" singer - who finalised his divorce from his first wife Tameka Foster in 2009 - was "exposed to herpes" in 2009 or 2010.

In 2015, Usher, walked down the aisle with Grace Miguel, a fact that leads to even more questions about the singer's proclivities. Usher was reportedly able to persuade the victim that he was actually never infected with the virus. The documents also allege that Usher had unprotected sex with the claimant.

"Believing Raymond's statements that (the discharge) had been nothing and cleared up, (she) continued her relationship", the legal papers state.

Three weeks after one of their sexual encounters, the woman - whose identity was withheld by Radar - woke up "feeling very sick" with a "fever of 100 degrees, chills, headache, and aches and pains", according to Radar.

Prosecutors alleged his partner at the time confronted him with the news after she "developed lesions and blisters in her vagina".

Court documents show that the "You go it bad" singer was diagnosed with the condition between 2009 or 2010.

Three Wimbledon matches flagged and to be investigated for possible match-fixing
They will be assessed and reviewed by the TIU as part of it's latest quarterly review, alongside one match from the French Open . There were 20 each on the lower-level men's ATP Challenger and ITF Futures circuits and five on the ITF women's circuit.

The victim, terrified by the unexpected signs and symptoms of an STD, rushed to the hospital where doctors diagnosed incurable herpes infection after conducting tests.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles, where a person is required to notify sexual partners if they've been infected with genital herpes.

Usher reportedly paid $1.1 million when he settled with her in court back in 2012.

He reportedly told the stylist of his disease at first, but later convinced her that he would receive negative STD results.

Usher eventually settled with his ex on December 28, 2012, coughing up a total of $1.1 million.

Yikes! Sadly for his partner, she felt "that her health and body have been ruined", and "has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed ... knowing there is no cure".
