Roadhog, Junkrat, Widowmaker, and Orissa are all the beneficiaries of major buffs in the latest Overwatch PTR release. The combination of these effects significantly increases Roadhog's sustainability and survivability.

As for Junkrat, you can probably expect his concussion mine ability to have two charges before the cool down, rather than one.

"RIP-Tire's damage has always been very good, but it was often hard to steer the tire into position before it was destroyed".

Last but not least, Widowmaker's Grappling hook cooldown has been reduced from 12 seconds to 8, and her Venom Mine has also seen some changes, as affected targets are now visible through walls (only to Widowmaker herself though).

Baylor ordered to produce long-secretive Pepper Hamilton information
Chad Dunn, one attorney for the women, called the ruling a "very important step" in understanding what Baylor's policies were. Pepper Hamilton reviewed more than a million pieces of evidence including documents, data, and interview lists.

Allowing Junkrat to store two Concussion Mines is the biggest change of his two buffs, one that the developers hope will give him more versatility when it comes to using his abilities. "Increasing its speed will allow players to effectively detonate the tire more often and decrease the amount of time that Junkrat is vulnerable while controlling it". Should they be too close, the cooldown on her Grappling Hook will also help guarantee a quick exit.

In regards to Orisa, her Fusion Driver projectile speed has been increased by 20%, and the barrier size of her Protective Barrier has also been increased by 20%, with the shape changed to allow coverage from enemies below the barrier too. "Widowmaker is extremely powerful in the right hands, but her abilities often felt a little weak". Venom Mine is meant to be an early warning system, uncovering enemies that are attempting to flank her or her team.

Tire's movement speed has been increased by 30%.

Like a smaller version of her ultimate ability, Widowmaker's Venom Mine will now be able to spot enemies who trigger the trap, even if they're behind walls. "The projectile speed increase helps Orisa's consistency, especially at medium ranges (or further)", the developer comment says. Her barrier size has been increased to better protect her team, and the new shape makes the shield more effective when it's used on slopes or on top of objects (such as a payload). Junkrat and Orisa are receiving encouraging feedback from fans in the comments of the PTR patch notes and in the Overwatch Reddit. You can read the full list in the of fixes there.
