Australian Jack Miller has been confirmed as making the switch to the Octo Pramac Ducati team for MotoGP 2018.

Miller is now racing with the Marc VDS Honda satellite team.

He's also finally started to repay Honda for their loyalty in 2017, finding the consistency that he's been lacking up until now and running a below-the-radar campaign for top satellite status. "The Australian rider, who will be directly under contract with Ducati, will defend the colours of the Tuscany-based team in the MotoGP World Championship on board a Ducati Desmosedici GP bike as team-mate to Danilo Petrucci", said a team statement.

Beck's new LP 'Colors' out in October
His Album of the Year victory aside, Beck has generally been comfortable existing slightly outside the mainstream. "I've always been doing my thing", he added.

Redding has been linked with a move to Aprilia, heightened after current racer Sam Lowes took to Twitter, commenting "you can never keep a good man down!"

Miller caused an upset when he captured his maiden victory in a wet Dutch TT last season, and this year has taken regular points finishes to hold 12th position in the standings.
