The number above comes from the latest edition of Edge Magazine, issue 310, where a cover story discussed numerous details being implemented in Destiny 2.

While Destiny 2 is set to have plenty of tie-in promotions like Bungie's collaboration with Pop-Tarts to dole out XP boosts to Guardians willing to buy boxes of the confectionery pastry delights, as one should expect, the sequel will contain plenty of content all its own. According to Edge Magazine, "in total there are over 80 missions and activities in Destiny 2, and each is substantial - in length, challenge, story and reward".

There's apparently so much content, at one point in development players were reaching the end of the character progression at around the 55-hour mark, and there was still more PVE stuff left to experience.

Royal Bank Scotland PLC (The) (RBS) Stake Boosted by Aperio Group LLC
Wetherby Asset Management Inc. boosted its stake in shares of Royal Bank Scotland PLC (The ) by 24.4% in the second quarter. In other news, insider Ross McEwan purchased 187,674 shares of the company's stock in a transaction dated Friday, May 12th.

Players won't be able to take their time too much during Nightfall Strikes, since there will be a time limit (an example for one strike is 13 minutes). With this being the case, Guardians will now have to conjure up some efficient strategies and be diligent about seeing them through in successful manner.

We also learn that the game's beta did not have a relevant mechanic that causes enemy elemental shields toe explode when depleted by an energy weapon. Not to mention, supers and grenades will recharge faster than they did during the beta.

Destiny 2 is set to launch on September 6, 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PC release scheduled for October 24, 2017.
